· I’m such a tenacious learner that I taught myself computer applications well I enough to be hired as an applications instructor at a business college

· In my last year of graduate school I operated a successful consulting practice that specialized in serving the needs of municipalities and growing high tech firms.

· Wrote technical and professional articles for trade magazines and academic journals in my spare time
